My First Trash The Dress Photography Shoot!

What happens when you mix a beautiful young bride, a gorgeous dress, a fabulous location, and the creativity of Mary Sandy? A truly gorgeous TTD(Trash The Dress)! And I mean GORGEOUS! I am so excited about this shoot! I had the best time, it truly got my creative juices flowing! I hope you enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed creating them!

Mario and Jaclynn's big day!

A couple of weeks ago, I assisted Dina who was photographing Mario and Jaclynn's wedding for Mary! My initial assignment? The men! I headed on down to Mario's mom's house where he and his groomsmen were getting ready. As I walk into the house, I was greeted about a hundred times, and offered food and water. Everyone was so friendly! Immediately the guys started cracking jokes, and we got to work capturing this fun moment before the wedding in print! We had a great time, and this is why I love photographing weddings!

    The ceremony was held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Phoenix. I love the beauty of this place!

          We caught Jaclynn grabbing Mario's cheeks to give him some love! I just love this couple!

Alex and Alexandra {Phoenix Wedding Photography}

I was so excited to walk into this hotel room with Mary http://www.photosbymary.net/ and meet Alexandra (Alex). The dress was fabulous, Alex was sweet, and her sisters and mom surrounded her with love and support. The energy was great, and even the dark skies wouldn't ruin this special day!
I loved the view of downtown Phoenix from the hotel window. What did I love more? The shoes of course! Combined...one of my favorite shots!

Soon it was time for me to head downstairs and meet the groom. Alex. And his hilarious friends! The energy in this room was also great. Alex's friends were genuinely so excited for him!

It was really fun to see Alex transform into a groom with his excitement building each moment.

The daddy-daughter dance was very sweet. There was a lot of love in this ballroom that night!
Every time I go to shoot a wedding, I feel so lucky! Being around all that love and support is absolutely fabulous! It's also nice to see that the tradition of getting married is alive and well. Thanks to Mary, Photography by Mary, and both the Alex's for letting me join and capture the memories of your special day!

Fun shoot! Phoenix Photographer

A few weeks ago, Mary http://www.photosbymary.net/ organized a fun photo shoot! She had a vision, the models, and the location. When she asked me to come along, I thought, "What a great way to get some fun images, and learn a few things too!" We had a great time and got some fun shots!
